im having a problem with ftdi based USB ports loosing connection due to noise issues (i have read on these forums this isnt uncommon). the only way to fix this is to unplug usb cable then plug it back in. i would like to do this programmatically using devcon.exe with the command "devcon restart *ROOT_HUB20*", but i need to run the system exec
